1. The Service

BundleSpy provides one-time AI and local search visibility reports for professional services businesses. Each report includes analysis of your Google Business Profile, local search rankings, citation consistency, competitor benchmarking, AI platform recognition, and a custom action plan.

Reports are delivered as a PDF file to the email address you provide at the time of order, within 24 hours of payment being received and all required business information being submitted.

2. Ordering and Payment

Reports are priced at $99 per report, payable at the time of order through our secure payment processor, Square.

• Payment is due in full before report generation begins
• We accept all major credit and debit cards through Square
• You will receive a payment confirmation from Square after your transaction is processed
• Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver all reports within 24 hours of receiving your payment and complete business information. Delivery times may vary based on order volume. If we are unable to deliver within 48 hours, we will notify you by email.

Reports are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before submitting your order. BundleSpy is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.

4. Refund Policy

If you have not yet received your report and wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of payment at hello@bundlespy.com and we will issue a full refund.

If you believe your report contains a significant factual error, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review and re-generate the affected sections at no charge.

5. Accuracy of Report Data

BundleSpy reports are generated using data from third-party sources including Google Places API, OpenAI, and Anthropic. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free.

• Report data represents a point-in-time snapshot and may change over time
• AI platform responses (ChatGPT, Claude) may vary based on query phrasing and model version
• Local search rankings are estimated and may differ from actual search results
• Revenue impact estimates are projections based on industry averages and are not guaranteed outcomes

BundleSpy reports are provided for informational and strategic guidance purposes only and do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or financial advice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your BundleSpy report is licensed to you for personal and internal business use only. You may share your report with employees, contractors, and agency partners working on your behalf.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute reports to third parties
• Use report content to create competing products or services
• Remove or obscure BundleSpy branding from delivered reports

All BundleSpy website content, branding, and report templates remain the intellectual property of BundleSpy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BundleSpy services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading business information when ordering a report
• Attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer our report generation process
• Use our services to harm, defame, or misrepresent any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BundleSpy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on report data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BundleSpy services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from acting on report recommendations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to bundlespy.com with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
